I'm an evaluation, program design, and strategy consultant with 25 years of experience mainly in the overseas aid and development sector. Through my own small consultancy practice, Duniya Consulting, I am interested in how M&E can integrate with grounded and adaptive management, in finding ways to use developmental evaluation approaches, and in using evidence to enable new insights and ways of working. I am engaged in design and evaluation work in multiple sectors and countries and I'm exploring how approaches such as adaptive management and thinking and working politically can deepen my practice in both community and international development. I'm also drawing on my professional experience in my work on two Boards in the social enterprise and education sectors.
